This is actually pretty encouraging for the Democrats. He won the PV by approximately 2.5 million. Given where we are as a country, how many votes to the Democrats pick up by doing nothing else besides running a white male? By running on the Republican's failures instead of having to defend theirs? How many do the Republicans lose by not running their cult leader? Trump's approval rating will fall back to the normal Trump/Biden level of 35% to 40% after a few months in office because that's the best approval rating piss poor leaders can maintain. Trump is already very unpopular with 98% of our Congress men and women and any other potential cabinet members of high integrity because the Mattis/Tillerson types refuse to work with Trump after Trump exposed his lack of integrity during his first term (this is the reason his staff appointments have been so bizarre- he simply can't get anyone else to agree to accept an appointment).
