Brazil does have an extradition treaty with the US, but regardless, even countries that don't have extradition treaties with the US would certainly arrest and extradite someone like Brian who is a murdered. Safety from extradition really only comes if you are politically persecuted or some sort of political value to the country you are in, like Russia with Edward Snowden or Cuba with Assata Shakur.[/quote]
