Also clearly she wasn't truly blocking traffic. There are two lanes, and it was a one lane road. I saw a lot of cars drive by in the video yet they were never backed up behind the victim's car; thus I infer that they used the second lane to pass by her car.

So at most she was guilty of obstructing one lane of traffic. That's not legal but it is a parking violation, nothing ICE should be attacking people for. [/quote]
