Totally this. I'd say his other #1 strategy is a lawsuit. To anyone over anything he is displeased about, especially those suing him for what he owes them. Sue, intimidate and always delay until it costs so much people give up. That SOB has never been accountable for anything. I sure hope something sticks to him like glue this time.[/quote]
