It wasn’t a police investigation, it was some ICE vehicles driving down the street and they had plenty of room to get around her vehicle as the whole country saw the agent who eventually killed her did so with his vehicle.

They didn’t give her any lawful commands because they have NO JURISDICTION to be enforcing traffic laws in Minneapolis streets and neither the victim nor the wife are/were undocumented alien targets of ICE.

The ICE officer is mandated by his training and the regulations of his agency to NEVER PUT HIS BODY IN FRONT OF A VEHICLE - but he did just that, and any small danger that created was entirely of his own making and negates any assertion of justified use of force.

Those are the facts and the law as any reasonable law enforcement officer of any political persuasion can attest - such as myself, such as the dozens of current and former LEOs providing the same analysis on various media which I have just provided to you.

You might suckle at the Ministry of Truth’s teat, but you can’t force the rest of us to do so. We trust our eyes and our ears over the lies spewed by the fascist regime.
