Yes. Do you notice when the press takes videos of him close-up, he now often looks confused when he talks? Watch that clip when he says the image was supposed to be of a doctor. He has no idea what he's talking about at that moment.

Do you also see a change in his walk and movements? He is stiffer than a mere 6 months ago - he can't turn around and swivel his upper body as well as he could.

I think his dementia is progressing more quickly now. Someone get him an extra helping of cheeseburger!
