I'm wondering why CNN is not subpoenaed and forced to reveal where they got the tape, considering it contains a crime.  It would be interesting to know how much  CNN paid for it.  My guess is that the hotel security manager kept a copy of the tape before handing it over to the other guy that then gave it to Diddy.[/quote]

Yes, I believe someone recorded the video on their cell phone before Diddy was given the master recording and it was deleted from the cloud. For whatever reason Diddy believed them when they claimed there was no additional copies and it was deleted from the cloud.[/quote]
