People can be “good” and not have what it takes to lead a country. A leader needs to be strategic, driven and even ruthless to an extent. I have seen that in the Republican VP candidate, but not so  much the Democratic one. [/quote]

I disagree that a male politician who let the words “childless cat ladies” spill out of his mouth has any strategy.

DP.  I so agree with you!  Which is why I find it simultaneously amusing and pathetic when liberals insult Republicans but then expect them to vote for Democrats.  That's some real cognitive dissonance, wouldn't you agree?[/quote]
