With the gigantic portion sizes here (if we're talking USA), what's eating disordered is eating the entire thing, especially if you've got the side of fries and a soda. Americans really need to understand that the portion sizes in restaurants here are simply outrageous and are generally 2-3 times what's necessary/healthy.[/quote]
