I agree. A 13/14 year old boy who was just starting to have sexual feelings and is homeschooled and the only females he is exposed to are his sisters. Maybe there was never a birds and bees talk. What he did was wrong and inappropriate and the whole family needed counseling at the time but it does not mean he is a lifelong sexual predator. He was a child at the time.

First he was closer to or already 15. By his own admission today it was 12 years ago. He is 27 now. Second, I cannot fathom anyone making excuses for him. Most child molesters have horrible backgrounds. Many were abused themselves. Why is anyone making excuses for him? It also happened a second time AFTER he definitely knew it was wrong. His sisters knew it was wrong that is why they told. Horrible situation all around. Stop making excuses. The man that momested honey boo boo's sister likely had a horrible childhood is that excusable too? Catholic priests ok too? Would you let 15 year old Josh Duggar be around your 4 year old knowing "he just had a bad upbringing?"[/quote]
