The Peyton stuff just needs to stop. It is sooo creepy. Isn't there a fan site somewhere so the Peyton poster can discuss him all day with other fans? The analogy of an adult man working on his athletic abilities is just nowhere near on point to young children prepping for AAP identification tests.
It's creepy because the traits some abhor in Asians are precisely the drivers in the outstanding performances of people your children worship in Brady, Phelps, and Peyton. These guys are talented, driven, hard workers, tireless preppers and high performers. Good ahead and squirm. It will do your conscious some good :D
Dude, just stop. Everyone knows that hard work maximizes performance. Everyone wants their kid to maximize their potential, as long as they can keep a good balance in their life and live happy. But you can't keep harping on the same thing over and over and over. You lose your message. All people remember you for is being "that crazy guy infatuated with Peyton". I suppose if that's what you want people to remember, then fine. But you really are spamming the forums, which is annoying. There are plenty of examples of things all over the place if you look: Examples of lazy-ass bums who have achieved: Albert Haynesworth, Shaq, John McEnroe (All did not maximize their potential and left a lot on the table). Examples of overacheivers who aren't/weren't world-class: Rudy Ruettiger, Jim Haslett (at work at 5am everyday for the garbage they put on the field!).
