UVA is a backup for the very high stat top rigor top everything students, especially at privates where UVA admission dips well into the top quarter of the class. Plus, for any households making 150k to about 250k, ivies (or hopkins) cost the same or less than UVA in state due to great financial aid[/quote] Usually true but not every time. [/quote]
