There were slides posted on this forum that MSDE had put out when the current legislation was going through the house. They gave examples on how to qualify for the waiver and included both using available make-up days in the calendar and extending the school year 3 days. But I don't know where to find that document. It's in one of the many threads about this.[/quote]
