I have to think Mullins will be an improvement over Noem since she was really so terrible in every way. I’m a little concerned by the interviews I’ve seen of him — like he’s constantly confusing Iraq and Iran. I’m hoping he’s just not good on camera, and that he’s smart enough to trust the many very skilled people at FEMa etc. one big problem with Noem was she was constantly waging war against her own employees, didn’t trust anyone yet didn’t know what she was doing and had no interest in learning.
