Why are we talking about teen drivers? The school system provides buses. If you have a situation where your child does not have a bus or walking route, you have decided to put them in that position.
You can't change back and forth on bus or no bus based on the weather. Teens listed with the transportation office as no bus would need to drive or be driven today--there is no bus provided for them.
Teen can’t walk to the nearest stop where others are waiting? Are they refused when they try to ride a bus they aren’t assigned to? Our bus was weirdly changed a month after school started with no notification, only listed in ParentVue. My teen still goes to the original stop and hasn’t been denied on the bus and no, the bus isn’t anywhere close to being full.
They are denied entry, yes. They are not riders on that bus route.
WRONG! You’re making things up. FCPS bus drivers cannot deny a student who is at a bus stop. If the driver believes that a student should not be riding the bus, they let the supervisor and the school principal know.
