I say this as someone who has believed in, and closely tracked, Epstein-gate all the way back when it was mostly considered a Q*ano*n conspiracy theory. So my level of investment is much deeper than the average person. But listen closely: concern about what happened with Epstein does not, and should not, be placed above immediate threats to health and safety. The idea that people should care more about the release of documents than about cleaning up a crime infested city is a luxury belief and part of why Democrats are wildly unpopular right now.

The only reason the left is going crazy about Epstein is because it was probably an Israeli op and people want to say the US government is covering it up. Newsflash: we've known the Israelis spy on us (hello Jonathan Pollard) and influence our politics for decades. Okay? Keep up. This isn't an eye opening revelation to anyone who pays attention to the news. [/quote]
