I live in a building in Forest Hills.  There has been violence on my floor and outside my building.  Marijuana use is ubiquitous.  My fellow senior citizen neighbors are regularly intimidated.  It was not like this 10 years ago.  I’m scared and tired of this, but have nowhere else to go.  I hope this new effort helps, but I’m not optimistic.  I’m glad you have a better life.  [/quote]

You live in a rental.  There are 100s of places you could go when your lease is up.  Move to Friendship Heights on the MD side where there are a gaziilion rentals if you want to be out of DC but only move a mile north.[/quote]
