They look fake to you. To 99% of women and men they look natural. That’s the reality and experience of many women with small breast implants. Even medical professionals can’t tell.

They look very natural to me, you just have prejudice as you know it’s implants. Any good surgeon  has a gallery in their office - a comparison of natural breast photos vs his implants. They are as different as tooth implants from real teeth. Surgery advanced a lot over recent few years.

I already told  you that my real life experience is that people can’t tell. Of course if I publish here my nude tits you’ll say it’s fake. As you know I have implants. But those who don’t can’t tell as mine are very small and placed deep inside [/quote]

Why did you go through all this just to have fake boobs that you delude yourself into thinking are real? You bought boobs. Just own it. Why pretend they're natural when you know damn well they're very much not? The delusion level is extreme, and then you expect everyone else to play along?

They are literally my boobs. You keep offending women why ? Why don’t you use “enhanced” term instead of “fake”? To me and many others the pictured women indeed enhanced their breast appearance.  My tooth implant is my tooth etc. [/quote]

It's not an enhancement, it's artificial. Why do you need to be coddled about your elective surgery? "Your" boobs, while 100% yours in ownership, are not completely of your own organic construction. You got rid of "your" boobs because you didn't like them, and you bought bolt-ons/belt-ins. Why are you unwilling to own that with pride? Why do you expect others to tiptoe around your shame and play along with your delusions of "natural-looking fake boobs".[/quote]
