Federal judge has blocked Trump administration from deporting the Jew killer's family.
Ludicrous. It will be overturned. Another rogue judge appointed by Biden. He did so much damage to this country.
Many Trump appointed judges have ruled against his administration in his second term. Are they “rogue” judges as well?
The point is, they're inserting themselves where they have no power. A district court judge ( and I think there are around 600 of them), cannot override the power of the executive branch because of their "feels". Plus, a judge is supposed to rule on points of law. Rulings mentioning idiocy like "this move would impact the livelihood of employees, so I'm staying the order" are just ridiculous. (I made that up, but you get the gist) ^^ A government agency or department has a mission. It's not there to employ people. If the mission is no longer deemed relevant, their livelihood does not matter. This is the kind of bunk we get from judges who think their orders apply to whole subjects they have zero jurisdiction over to begin with.
