G is a mentally unhinged woman who needs a better therapist, or to quit therapy and just try to be a better person. If you can "do hard things," why can't you close a cabinet door? Or put a cap on a tube of toothpaste?
I heard a podcast recently where a philosophy professor at DePaul was lamenting a lack of moral ambition among people anymore. G can't walk her talk.

The professor is named Jason Hill and he teaches philosophy at DePaul.  His comment on the lack of moral ambition in people was kind of an aside in an interview he was giving to Becket Cook on his podcast. It was a very thoughtful and candid interview with some incredible insights and observations.[/quote]
