Oh please. There are plenty of coats/jackets available. Family liaisons can help kids whose families cannot afford them. I work at a Title 1 school and the closet is overflowing with brand new coats. Kids can wear their coats as they walk between buildings. This isn't that difficult. What did they do yesterday when it was 16 degrees at noon? [/quote]

I believe that school should be in session, but I also work at a Title I school and we do not have a closet, overflowing with coats. I thought we determined that not every school is exactly the same.[/quote]
