What you are failing to appreciate and recognize is that the equal playtime formula is why Capital has such success with recruiting for their BLUE teams. It is that unqiue factor coupled with skilled players, lax IQ and excellent grades that contribute to Capital’s success in their recruiting year after year. D1 Coaches know any team in the top 20 has excellent players and a skilled goalie with many games being won or lost by a few points or less. We had several D1 coaches during visits tell my DD that they do not even pay attention to the score or RANKINGS!  [/quote]Problem with this is you have to be in the top 20.  Capital's going to find themselves in the 2nd or more likely 3rd brackets.  And coaches won't be there to see how it's going.[/quote]

These tiers are not exact science, they don't put 1-5 in bracket A 6-10 bracket B, etc.

Its a lot of the club reputation too. Capital going to get into that B or C bracket based on reputation.
[/quote]They're in the 20's, including one in the mid 20's.  This is new ground.  They're not getting placed above teams 5 and 10 spots ahead of them because of previous year's teams.  They'd better hope for a hot start to 2025.[/quote]
