It probably only covered premarital assets.  They had combined investments plus I think figuring out marital income for things like production companies which have a lot of upfront costs but then backend revenue that comes in over years is a total nightmare.  They both have production companies I think.  Reasonable people would just come up with a number and walk away.  But it’s hard when they can’t be reasonable.
A friend had a divorce where her husband had founded a company that was hard to value because of uncertain future income stream (IP invention stuff) and the divorce dragged out for years because no one knew how to split the value and he was low balling her (after balling someone else). [/quote]
