I mean yeah, I'm not thrilled with the GOP at all. I despise Mitch McConnell. But this is the system we have, and Democrats haven't been able to meaningfully improve the lives of middle class people within the current system.

Everyone hopes that the people elected and appointed to office can help the American people.  The problem is reality. When you have a liar and conman coming in as President and a bunch of sycophants in Congress who have repeatedly proven an inability to govern folks don’t believe things will get better and in fact suspect they will get worse.  Trump has not once proved he cares about the American people and particularly not about any who are suffering.  This is about him.  His ego, his finances, his ability to stay out of jail.  [/quote]

While the democrats often miss the mark, they are the only ones that actually TRY to address the issues facing the middle and working classes. What bill has the GOP put forward that isn’t primarily designed to help the wealthy with a few coins tossed to those below?[/quote]
