From an educational standpoint, what causes this? Fillers? He looks so much younger then last year during wimbledon but also looks so much worst at the same time. He completely erased his jawline. I think his wimbledon ruggard look would have aged well. There was no need for the extra work. Maybe it's reversible. [/quote]

It's obviously fillers but I think something wonky happened with his facelift from last year. He's gained weight or looks bloated all over too. Health issues maybe? All of that doesn't mix well. [/quote]

I was counting that under health issues. I didn't want to be the first one to say it haha. The bloating paired with the pink/red face screams heavy drinking. Would hate for any of it to be the cause so I hope things get better for him. [/quote]
