MCPS does a horrible job of holding principals accountable for running and maintaining a positive work environment and school climate. Even when parents and staff complain, and it shows up in surveys and worse outcomes for students, nothing changes.[/quote]

While that is sometimes true, there have been several recent examples of principals being demoted to APs at different schools. So maybe something is changing.[/quote]

Some of those demoted to AP principals from the past are principals again! 🤔[/quote]
