[/quote] What in fork are you talking about? It is not republicans that believe black people are incapable of getting an ID, using a computer or have access to the interwebs. That is all democrats. Democrats also believe that only black people are poor, which is why when anyone suggests not increasing SNAP, TANF etc., they scream about how it racist it is. [/quote]
