The medical examiner would have been able to determine that. Deferral pending toxicology results makes it clear what's expected.[/quote]

He may have passed out from whatever drug/alcohol he was taking and slipped under the water.

His heart may have just given out from decades of drugs/alcohol abd he happened to be in a hot tub at that moment.

You're not supposed to be in a hot tub for too long anyway so he may have gotten dizzy/fainted and then slipped underwater. [/quote]
