I don't think it is. She's a 70 year old woman who was married to her high school sweetheart until recently.

Kathy is a nasty, manipulative person. She got super jealous and started trouble in the house over it and then lost it in front of Gerry on purpose in a bid to get attention and sympathy. Unfortunately the fact that her crying was manipulative was lost on him and it worked ... he gave her the darn rose. I'll be super happy to see her go.

I'm not necessarily approving of Teresa's lack of discretion and inability to sense the feelings of others, but Kathy's jealousy went over the top in a way that revealed a nasty personality. [/quote]
