I’m the PP who won’t vote Republican who is pointing out that you aren’t a moderate and that it’s rational for Republicans to see through you. Disagreement and pointing out facts/quotes from your own posts is not “taking things very personally.” Goodness, what a weird take to have on a message board.

To be totally candid, your bizarre posts in this thread are a mini advertisement for not voting for Democrats, which is actually my real worry in this election. I am worried that Democrats have become so overall bizarre and weird that people will just stay home rather than vote. Democrats depend on turnout, but as a party they allow their messaging to be dominated by an increasingly unhinged progressive wing, and so as a party they just sound weirder and weirder. You are online with that shift, OP, but I think bizarre theatrics like yours do not help the overall cause.

I’m genuinely worried that Trump will win again. Actually, I think there is a good chance of it, and it’s because Democrats can’t keep the increasingly insane progressive wing under control. Posts like yours, OP, where you pretend you’re a moderate but people can see the truth, are a subset of what’s happening in the party as a whole. You are way overthinking this. Basically OP’s post is “I’m a normal American with the following views, which are shared by most normal Americans. Why should I vote for a Republican?” And there have been zero answers from Republicans.[/quote]

Because they know OP is transparently a liar, and people of all political persuasions don’t like to answer to demands from liars, generally. Why are you defending OPs behavior? It’s the kind of behavior that is causing people to walk away from the Democrats, this weird combination of demands and gaslighting. It’s very off-putting. [/quote]
