I wouldn't report if I were OP though. The risk of it harming my reputation and prospects would be too high (look at the comments in this thread from those in academia) compared to what he did. He didn't cross a hard boundary. I fully believe OP was uncomfortable and I would have been too, but it just doesn't quite feel like enough. I totally believe the sex story about the students was to gauge her reaction but he can legitimately say it was just a warning. That's what's tough about something like this, it's red flags and can escalate and it's just easier to turn down the job and say nothing but then nothing will change. [/quote]
