But before you fire someone on a continuing contract and/or charge them with a crime, you have to investigate thoroughly to determine if any wrongdoing occurred. This is a citizen’s legal right. I’m glad he’s gone, but he wasn’t in the classroom all that time and by following due process appropriately, LCPS makes sure he cannot appeal the decision and be reinstated.
