I live in Greenwich, CT and it can be pretty crazy, but I don’t notice jewelry…[b]I’m surprised this is the case in DC[/b]. DC isn’t dumpy but it’s not NYC or the NY suburbs. It sounds like you have a lot of NY transplants. [/quote]
DC is full of people from around the world.  Many of the kids at the privates are billionaires. The whole "big law" and "I am a Dr. thing" isn't real money here like lets say Richmond for something.[/quote]
