It’s not “trolling” over her fertility, unless someone is saying what a waste that she’s not having kids. What’s reasonable is saying “if she does want kids, it’s a shame that this relationship during her prime childbearing years did not work out, and now she, like anyone else in her position, will have to start over in their mid/thirties.” I think the people trolling here that her fertility is irrelevant to the conversation are crazy. It’s only irrelevant if you assume she does want kids, which would be a completely respectable decision.

Look at Jennifer Aniston. Another beautiful, successful, talented and awesome woman. She got screwed by Brad Pitt just as they were trying to start a family. Then she got caught up for years with John Mayer and Vince Vaughn. And then when she was finally in a relationship where her partner was open to kids, it didn’t happen for her or them. After the dust has settled, she has recently been open about the pain of that chapter and finally being able to put it behind her. There is nothing “trolling” about pointing out an obvious biological window to have children or to optimize one’s success with ivf. It would be trolling to reduce these woman’s entire worth to having children, which no one has done. There are woman whose only accomplishment is being a mother, women who’s only accomplishment is their career, and then there are women who do both- some crazy people here are like insisting it’s some binary thing.[/quote]
