Feeder rights shouldn’t be abolished. But schools should only admit the number of OOB students that the system can handle all the way through the pattern. And if the MS is overcrowded they need to expand it, or build a new one. But yeah admitting OOB in great numbers to elementary then wondering why Deal is overcrowded seems a bit dense. [/quote]
