I’m not quite sure where your children go to school in DC but at the privates almost no one looks dowdy. You’d know this if you were observing, but clearly you’re not. Which is fine. My guess is that you don’t care how you look so you assume everyone else feels that way. However, I’m certain if you’re being honest at least and you really don’t care, and you walk around looking dowdy that others do notice that. [/quote]
