[/quote] If the shooter was a clear and present danger of which UVA was or should have been aware and had a duty to act, then it doesn’t matter that he wasn’t in the class. All that matters was that he was on campus at all. Being invited on the trip is irrelevant. You’re obviously not a lawyer. [/quote]
