It’s pretty clear TB backed out of an agreement with his wife. She took a 10+ year break in her career to raise his family.

Not really.  He said she was passionate and strong willed or something to that affect, but he never insulted her or said anything to betray their marriage/trust. [/quote]

He also said that she was unhappy because he had no focus towards the home and their children and was always asking when he would be able to be present for them. So as of 2018 it was this same issue that was significant enough he spoke about it publicly.  I'm guessing she was vocal about this for quite some time before that. So she's been unhappy with the lack of attention to her and the kids for minimum 4 years, likely much longer. She thinks he'll finally start being a present husband and father and he renegs.
