Not sure, other than he was a con artist.  Elrich sucks at appointments and someone should be asking whether they conducted both a background investigation on this guy as well as a psychological examination.  Council needs to step up their oversight authority in the appointment and confirmation process.  Elrich's picks are horrible.   If they try to fill this position again, those are the MINIMUM questions Council should ask.   Just stop with the pro forma confirmations.  Grow a spine. [/quote]
