He is.  In addition to the "alternative facts" he lives by, he is a managerial wreck, just like Trump.   I was listening to a Brookings podcast today, where the commentator mentioned the word "shambolic."  Apparently it's British slang and fits Trump (and Elrich) perfectly.   Remember how nobody worth their salt wanted to work for Trump?  Watch all the good department heads leave when Elrich starts his second term. [/quote]
