Personally I fall on the side of wanting the criminal justice system to be more about rehabilitation than punishment. Haven’t all the researchers and specialists and doctors agreed that they can’t be rehabilitated? If this isn’t true, please correct me. If it is true, best to keep them away from their targets as long as possible and severely restrict their freedoms once released so they don’t have access to abuse again. [/quote]
