They are always there in the background taking notes, following up on taskers thrown out in meetings, finding people, passing messages. She was there. She was very clear about what she heard and saw directly, which was about 95% of her testimony today. She was devastating. Trump and the others knew the plan, knew it was illegal, knew that the Capitol was under attack and were not deterred. And given the snippet about his meltdown in the beast when he couldn’t go himself to the Capitol, it would appear that he felt he could carry the day if only he could get there.
