I received some bad news about a relative’s health this week. It’s a big set back and we are trying to be positive but it’s so discouraging. Life is very stressful on all fronts right now.
Hello. I pulled the Knight of Swords in reverse, the Wheel of Fortune in reverse, the Page of Wands in reverse and the Hanged Man. The Knight of Swords is usually a fast moving energy coming in, but since it is reversed, it slows it down. It is also suggesting to me that you may be having a hard time accepting the truth of the situation. With the Wheel and Page in reverse it seems like you are definitely stuck in this energy as the reverse Wheel is about setbacks and the Page unwelcome news. The Hanged Man is asking you to try and look at this from a different perspective. I then asked what the different perspective is and I pulled two oracle cards for this. I pulled Authority and Truth. So I feel that you need to listen to the doctors carefully and accept the truth of what it is they are saying. I apologize if this wasn't very helpful to you. I am not very comfortable doing readings surrounding these situations so I don't want to probe too much further. I am very sorry to hear about your situation and am sending lots of good energy your way.
Thank you. I appreciate your time and your thoughts. We will listen to the doctors and try to be open minded, taking one day at a time.
Prayer can help. It will send your energy toward your love one as well as help you heal. I don't know if you are religious or not, but a literal prayer circle may be something to think about. Sit with your relatives loved ones and family, hold hands, and send all your love and energy toward your relative. You can create a mantra that you all repeat in your head or just focus on sending them love and healing. This also helps all involved to know that they are not alone. Set an amount of time 15-20 minutes (or however long you feel you should do this) and just sit and focus your energy.
