Hello!  In regards to your career going in the right direction I pulled the 6 of Wands and the 2 of Pentacles.  If you are on the right path I pulled The Hermit and Judgement. For moving away I pulled Knight of Cups, High Priestess and King of Swords.  In regards to your hometown I pulled the Page of Pentacles and Death.

The 6 of Wands represents victory and the 2 of pentacles is balance.  So I feel that you are moving in the right direction career wise provided that everything is balanced.  As long as you are not feeling drained by what you are doing or by the people you are surrounded with you, you are on the right path. I feel you may be questioning it because of some self doubt.  The Hermit is about introspection and the Judgement card can suggest self doubt.  So I think you need to go within and figure out what may be causing that fear of going for it.  Should you do that, you may find that you will feel stable and can come out victorious and content.

As for moving away, it does feel like you are ready to move and it could be good for your personal growth.  The High Priestess is suggesting to me that you need to use your intuition and listen to your inner voice in this situation.  Interestingly, I feel like you do not trust your inner voice as much as you should.  The way I am feeling the Hermit, the High Priestess, and Judgement, you need to believe in yourself more!  As for staying in your hometown, there could actually be some good that comes from that as well.  The page of pentacles is suggesting that you may be in the early stages of something new (your career) and the Death card suggests transformation.  So perhaps it could be good to keep planting your seeds and working on your foundation where you currently are and allow that transformation to happen.  Once things feel more solidified, that is when it may be good to start looking at a move.

All that said, every answer you need lies within you.  I would like to suggest you maybe start trying to do some exercises that allow you to follow your intuition.  Meditation is very helpful, as is just getting outside and taking a quiet walk in nature.  This may also sound odd, but when you shower, notice what things you are thinking about.  Sometimes mundane activities can allow our minds to bring us information that we need.[/quote]
