There's no honest way around it, Bannon refused a lawful subpoena and has no recognized legal basis for doing so. Any member of the House who votes against holding him in contempt will be setting a bad precedent for others in the future to refuse Congressional subpoenas and will be throwing away any teeth that the House has on accountability.[/quote]
