I doubt the coach cares, he saw better players and picked them up, which is his job.  The real question is what level of sociopathy do you have to have as a parent to actively recruit replacements for multiple kids on the team when they've been teammates with your kid for over five years, many of them attend the same school as your kid, and you'll definitely see those parents and kids again at various church/social events?  Again, your choice, but burning bridges with people over youth lacrosse for the greater glory of your kid versus maintaining relationships with actual human beings seems pretty unhinged.

100% on point. They still will not be able to beat Hawks, Crabs and Madlax. Would not be surprised before the summer tournaments, they will bring in more kids to join the team and some of the current players will not see the field. [/quote]
