The chances of asymptomatic kids spreading it to each other, outside, in a pool, is basically zero. But those concerned are free to wear and make their kids wear masks. It’s quite simple to accommodate.[/quote]

Written like a person who has not watched the 8 and under practice. Those kids have zero distancing ability. I don’t care where they are - being 2 inches apart, nose to nose, is unacceptable in any time (covid or not). Add covid and some adults who don’t believe in vaccines or masking and I really can’t see why we can’t mandate masks at these large events. It doesn’t hurt anyone and it protects the kids who can’t be vaccinated (and may be the victims in the 8u popping bubble crowd). [/quote]
