NYC did not institute reforms and instead increased the police budget, but murders are up. LA did the same with the same result.

Murders are not up in Seattle despite cutting part of the police budget.

Are you implying that the tribe listens to facts.   Sorry, you will be disappointed.  Any increase in murders anywhere should be of great concern.  But figuring out why there is an increase should be investigated before making stupid statements.
