Principals and other district level people were notified in November. School board in LCPS was only notified last two weeks, despite LCPS staff having already decided to implement two years early and taking away advancement.[/quote] I was referring to the time it took for feedback from the "public at large". The public didn't really hear anything until last month (March). [/quote]
