Now that they have collected everyone's info this coming Wednesday (which in itself is scary), they can be far more precise and also do vans, clinics, outreach to specific streets and buildings. But until the gap Bowser created of resident / non-resident closes, they must use available vaccine on residents or we will be doing this dance in November while the rest of the country re-opens.[/quote]
